Stop the Bleed is a practical, hands-on course that teaches participants how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and apply simple, evidence-based techniques—direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet use—to control hemorrhage until professional medical help arrives. Designed for laypeople and professionals alike, the training emphasizes rapid assessment, safe scene practices, and confident decision-making under stress, using realistic scenarios and practice with bleeding-control simulators. Participants leave with the skills to act immediately in emergencies, the knowledge to choose the most effective intervention for different wound types, and the reassurance that timely action can dramatically increase survival.

ARP is excited to present a two to three-hour Active Shooter training course developed by law enforcement partnership agencies.This course, built on years of research, is designed to be highly practical, using scenario-based exercises to help participants understand and practice the 'Run, Hide, Fight' principles, and prepare them to take necessary actions for survival.
